Benedict Cumberbatch has told of his joy at being beamed up as a Star Trek star.
The Sherlock actor is the latest addition to the cast of Star Trek 2 and he can’t wait for take off.
“I’m hugely, hugely excited and I’m very, very flattered,” says Benedict of his out-of-this-world opportunity.
“Every little boy grows up knowing aboutStar Trek so to be a part of that incredible mythology is going to be amazing. I’m over the moon.”
