Simon Cowell on a break from fiancée

Simon Cowell is coming clean about his love life.

The music mogul has admitted he and fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy are on a break and that he does not know if they will ever get married.

“It’s quite a complicated relationship. We have had a break from each other, and we are still incredibly close,” he said.

“I’m vulnerable. It’s not on, it’s not off, it’s somewhere in the middle. I don’t know if I will ever get married, but I am happy.”

Recent reports claimed Cowell, 52, has started treatment at an addiction clinic to beat his 15-plus a day cigarette habit.

Simon is said to be seeking help at the top London facility after friends and family begged him to stop smoking.

“Simon made it his New Year resolution,” a source said.

“He’s been smoking since a very young age and feels the time is now right to try and stop.

“He has no major health issues at the moment but, as always, he is under a lot of pressure with his work schedule.

“Simon’s mother and some of his closest friends have been nagging him for some time about trying to stop smoking. His grandfather Robert was a heavy smoker who died of lung cancer. His father suffered a heart attack.

“It’s made Simon think long and hard about his own health now.”
