Ashley Judd says staying out of the city is working wonders for her complexion!

The Heat actress says embracing country life is the key to staying sexy to the point where she now hates to leave her rural life.

“It’s all about good genes and clean living and that means getting away from the city,” says Ashley, 43.

"I love living in the country. It is a little confusing to be in the city, for me because I don’t feel right there. But if you do the right things and live a clean life, it’s so much better. Basically, if your insides match your outsides then you’re beautiful no matter what.”
